i will back that conventional treatment didn't do anything good for some of my family - in the end i think it killed them, faster...but then again i haven't met anyone not treated surviving or dead, so i have nothing to compare to.

Change comes from within ourselves when we change ourCaring for oneself is not self indulgence it
is self-preservation and that is an act of prevention
Thaak wrote:You know, I just had a random thought about this.
To successfully heal ones self as Bridget has done, you would have to be very strong and focused mentally and spiritually to resist the urge to fall into the trap of fear.
How did you overcome fear Bridget? I'd be very interested in hearing about that.
The phone rang at 9:30 AM; it was a beautiful sunny morning in April 2002. It was the doctor calling me to say that my biopsy showed cancer. Time stood still I was frozen in the moment. I tried to stay engaged in the conversation. She tells me if I have an operation followed by chemotherapy and radiation. I could live for another 5 years. I could not remember the name of the cancer except she did say if you are going to get cancer this is a better cancer. She asked me if I had any questions. My response to the information she gave me was numbness, my thoughts were scattered and unorganized. The last piece of information she gave was a phone number to call a doctor at Beth Israel in Boston.

you should also check out creatspace.com a very good option for independent distribution.
If you need any tips on the process let me know. (have some experience)

It sounds like your doctors saw the dollar signs when they saw the diagnosis!
In all the debate about UK v US healthcare, at least in the UK we know that if a doctor recommends a procedure it's because you need it and not because he needs the money. That's a big factor.
Recent studies have shown that some untreated cancers disappear anyway without treatment. What implications does that have for the medical profession? Does it mean that they don't know best after all, that they don't cure people but nature does? Well duh...
anyway Chi we need more people like you!

As I awaited my next scheduled appointments, I continued my search for alternatives. I came across DR Northrup’s website on the computer it had a recommended list of DR’s. I noticed a nutritionist, DR. Asis Guillermo. Burlington MA, 6 miles from where I lived. I called him on the phone and talked to him about my diagnosis and my search for an alternative to an operation. He talked with me for quite sometime and suggested I talk with Dr Northrup personally, suggesting that the high cost of a phone conference would be worth it. I did contact DR Northrup’s Medical Center in Maine and found that she was no longer practicing but I was given a number to call if I wanted to sign up for a phone conference. After some phone tagging, I was able to schedule a time. I prepared for my up coming phone conference by reading one of DR Northrup‘s book. I was interested in a section that mentioned, people know what they want to do in life by the time they reach 11 years old. I decided next time I do a visualization I will go back to when I was eleven, that’s when I started my first job at the local grocery store after school hours. During my next visualization I did the usual preparation , finding a quite place and going inward to balance and harmonize my thoughts back to when I was eleven years old, what happened next was an unexpected intense, emotional, dialogue with my mother who died 2 months after I had turned eleven. I started to cry telling my mother that she was suppose to be sleeping and never came back. I was that little girl who never got to say goodbye, affirm grief, death, or life. I was left adrift in a religious culture that it was God’s Will and we will meet again in heaven. I began to tell my mother how much I missed not having her around, soon I was laughing as I reminisced with her about the good times we had and I invited my father to join us. He died when I was fifteen. I felt comforted to feel their presence and knew I would be OK. Together we embraced and strolled down memory lane in a time long gone but not forgotten a time retrieved from the corner of my mind. I began to feel at peace knowing that my parent’s spirit had become known to me. Free from the ties of organized beliefs I was reunited in spirit with my parents and it felt good.
With this diversion I was still able to accomplish the information I had planned to find and discovered that my life dream at eleven years old was to own my own retail business. I could feel the same surge of energy and excitement that I got at eleven years old when I thought about it. Immigrating to a new culture opened other doors and that business dream was pushed down in memory only to be recalled many decades later.........
According to Dr. Joseph Murphy (1898-1981)Your Subconscious Mind is 90% below the water line..... If you can picture an iceberg the mass of ice above the water line is.....
10% above the water-line is your Conscious Mind
90% below the water-line is your Subconscious Mind
Which has More Impact on Your Life? Which Mind has the Power?
TRUTH: Whatever your Conscious Mind really believes and accepts as true, your Subconscious Mind will bring forth as Form, Function, Experience and Event

Wayne, you've got to be kidding "full Story" it's not completed Yet.
I want Perfect health If we say, “I want perfect health,” and think emotionally about perfect health all the time, we’ll either have it now or it will be on its way. But if we say, “I don’t want sickness,” and think emotionally about that often enough, we’re opting for ill health because our focus is on the sickness. If we think a lot about wanting a new house and can feel ourselves in it, it’s on its way. But if we’re constantly saying, “I don’t want to live in this place any more,” we’ll be sticking around for a while. If we think emotionally about something long enough, whether it’s something we want or something we don’t want, it’s going to be coming into our world, like it or not. What comes to us has nothing to do with what we’re doing physically, or how worthy we are, or how good we are, or what our nonexistent destiny may be. It has only to do with how we are vibrating! Which means feeling. Which means attracting. Period! Four Steps to Positive ChangeSo here’s what Mom and Pop never told us, because Mom and Pop never knew.…Here are the four steps to deliberate creation, the four steps that are guaranteed—that’s right, guaranteed--to bring into your life whatever is your passion and much, much more. They are guaranteed because they are universal law, the basic principles from which all creation has sprung. Now they are yours, if you want them. Step 1. Identify what you DON’T want.Step 2. From that, identify what you DO want.Step 3. Get into the feeling place of what you want.Step 4. Expect, listen, and allow it to happen. That’s it. That’s all there is to it. As you get into the swing of this remarkable new journey, things seem to magically change in every area of your life. Worries, concerns, doubts and fears go from a constant ever-present little hum to an uncommon occurrence in a matter of weeks, and you can actually see it and feel it happening every day. Your health turns around. Your bank account fills up. Your relationships do whatever you’d like them to do. Sales close. Promotions happen. Life becomes a daily joy. It’s real. You can see it working. And then you know, you genuinely know, the only one at the helm of your ship is you.
