Farscape Reiki.....

Any fans of the sci-fi series 'Farscape' here?

For those who haven't seen the series, one of the central characters, Zhaan (a mystical, blue-skinned alien priestess), was played by Australian actress, and ex-'Bond Girl', Virginia Hey.

Virginia is student of - amongst other things - homeopathy, naturopathy and herbal medicine.

She teaches meditation, and perhaps (some might say) more importantly
Virginia is also a Reiki practitioner
(she even made the cover of the Reiki News Magazine back in 2005):






Recently, Virginia has launched her own fragrance, "rei.Kii"





Aw shucks! and I thought I had monopolized the Reiki fragrance market!

So, how's the Ebay shop going? that second bottle selling well? there's been that much AETW stuff on Ebay, you're surely selling everything on there?

Over the last few years, there certainly has been a considerable amount of, as you put it: "AETW stuff" on Ebay.

However, NONE OF IT was being offered for sale by me....

Yikes! Sorry to hear that. (My knee-jerk reaction would be to say, send 'em a case-and-desist letter. But I guess that reaction is an occupational hazard for me.)

Oh, I've resorted to that on occasion - however some might say it goes with the territory. I suppose I should be flattered ? (now where did I put that Voodoo doll?)

On Ebay it's mainly been people selling copies of my FREE ebooks (with all reference to me/AETW.org removed),
though there have also been cases of people selling distance Reiki courses comprised primarily of materials ripped from the site.


Of course, its not just on Ebay that you encounter the 'ethically-challenged'

I've has people submitting content from aetw.org to on-line article libraries under their own name;
selling laminated prints of my colourized montage images of Usui-sensei on their own websites;
modifying my ebooks to turn them into promo-material for distance training Reiki courses they are selling;
- the list goes on...

And as for bare-faced-cheek. few years back I even had one person emailing to ask if I would add a link on AETW.org to a site promoting their new Reiki book - in which, it turned out, they had plagiarized somewhere close to 10 (?) pages of material from AETW.org.

(On that occasion though, I felt I was quite fortunate - the rest of the book was comprised of material ripped from other websites, Hiroshi Doi's book, oh and a mere 36 or so pages of material 'borrowed' from Frans and Bronwen Stiene!)
