    I thought the martial artists on this board might enjoy this clip of behind-the-scenes interviews for the movie Redbelt. Someone recommended the movie to me, but I haven't yet bought a copy of it.

    Thanks for the recommendation, I've added Redbelt to my DVD Rental que on Netflix. I will be able to watch it within the next week or so. The concepts and philosophies expressed in the YouTube interview are what I was taught in Wing Tsun and Aikido.

    A few days ago I watched a marital arts film made in Thailand called Chocolat. It's a fictional story about an autistic girl who learns martial arts by watching movies and the actions of others. I don't think that it has much philosophical value at all compared to the example Bruce gave, but the hero of this story is a 14-year old girl (and it's about time a woman enters the martial arts scene as the main character and hero!!!). The YouTube trailer is here:
