I will try these hand positions for my elder son who is only 17 and had diabetes ( lifestyle disease, no one has this problem in our family)

Hi Renu. I'm sorry to learn that your son has to manage that disease. I suspect it is becoming far to common given new ingredients that have made their way into our food supply.
