Hi reikihealing.
Firstly, I think that nothing beats a Physician approved exercise regime and diet.
Secondly, you must really want to lose your excess weight - be motivated, so that you will stick to the exercise and diet and incorporate them into a daily routine.
Thirdly, there is a Reiki technique to help with psychological (mental/emotional) issues, which is taught at 2nd degree (Okuden) and using this technique (either on yourself or from another Reiki practitioner) can help change unwanted habits and thoughts that may hinder your attempts to lose weight.
There is no single easy way to lose excess weight, I'm afraid (as far as I know!)

on changing your eating habits.
Do you skip meals? Do you eat
