    Hello forum,

    This is my first post here. I have few questions and seek your guidance.

    I got attuned to Reiki and attained level I and II 3 years back and practiced reiki for a while before I started suffering from depression and anxiety disorder. Lately, I started suffering from sharp tinnitus too.

    I remember reading somewhere back when I got attuned to reiki, that once you are attuned to reiki, you are attuned forever. Is it true? I really wish to start practicing reiki again and following reiki principles religously. Can I just start off as I did 3 years back and this clouded/foggy brain/mind wouldn't obstruct the healing?

    Hi SankhyaYogi, welcome to the forum.

    Yes, it's true, once you've received an attunement it can never be taken away... after all, can you ever undo anything you have ever done in the past?

    A part of me wants to say that the clouded/foggy brain/mind never really goes away, hahahaha. But yes, you can practice in that state of mind. Reiki helps a person heal, and such times are when it's needed most.

    But it has to go away, hope Reiki blesses us with clear, calm, serene mind. Smile

    Anyone here successfully treated tinnitus? It's driving me crazy. bounce

    I provided the points as a reference so people would know I didn't just create the illustration because my intuition guided me to put the hands where they are. Please accept my sincerest apologies, but I don't have the time to explain the specifics of the points.

    I'm sorry I can't help you beyond what I have already attempted to do.

    Not sure if this is related, but I was told that if I do not really do much self healing and continue in this path, I will continue to collect negativities and that will close off the channels that were opened. So keep self-healing as often as possible - daily preferably. I certainly don't wan't to go back to my old ways being this ---> Twisted Evil

    I don't know who makes up these negative
    stories. If you practice the Reiki principles
    you do not have to worry about negativites sunny

    I'm in a medical setting verus
    when I'm in an alternative setting. sunny
