Are areas where can not be going at those who will an attunement. Until what level, can be initiated this person, at distance ?

Yes, distance attunements can attune someone to the Reiki Master level.

Distance attunements are not new.

Distance attunements "officially" began in 1996 when the Internet became available to the general public.

Rick Rivard ( http://threshold.ca ) was the first to set up a website that also offered distance training and attunements in 1996.

How do you know if the attunements were effective?

Practice. Try to practice Reiki at the level attuned to... if it works, the attunement was effective. If it doesn't work, then keep practicing!

Always had them work when i done them. not ideal though. Students experience (in my view) was the attunements held more in person.

You're probably right. And better, master exist near and / or, be friend. but not always possible

Distance attunements of all levels, even "Grandmaster", were available in the past.

Distance attunements were very popular, but two problems emerged:

1) People who didn't know anything but only had the attunement started to sell only the attunement. No personal support was given to the client / student.

2) More people began to want to understand the energies they were attuned to, so they began to focus on in-person training.

Today in Europe, United States, and Australia it is more common to focus on in-person training than distance training.

Distance attunements work, but if a person doesn't understand how to integrate those new energies into their life, then it's the same as buying a new car and not using it.

Yes, but can read masters books, can put into practice what they learn in books and unwritten secrets can be discovered through experience.

In my own opinion distance reiki attunements and healings work ok, but there's nothing that is as good as hands on or close to hands on. I do think that we in the west are so attuned to the McDonald's or fast food approach to everything. That we think that everything is going to work at a nano second pace.

Sometimes even doing a hands on we think that our bodies are super computers. They are fantastic machines. But even a computer that has the most up to date updates may take a little time to respond depending on the age of the hardware.

Also what we think as healing may not always be the case. If a person has terminal cancer. maybe the best approach is to help the person learn to live with what he or she has. We can probably help that person be as pain free as possible, but in reality the longevity of that person is in reality up to God. After all not one of us knows for sure when our last day on this earth will be. You can appear to be the healthiest person in the world. When God wants your soul he's gonna have it.

If something works use it, if something doesn't work don't use it. Just because something appears not to be working. That may not be the case at all.
