Diabetes and Reiki.......

OK,

This is why I have been keeping away...
Right after the end of summer, I got diagnosed with Diabetes and some Uterine issues ( very heavy periods )...
Can't hide my big mouth...
So,
After the intial rebellion and denial, I starting wearing the diagnosis quite well.
I am on Medication ( EW! ) and I am scheduled to get an Ablation done. ( BBQ-ing my uterus lining so it won't act up ) ( double EW!!)

My Take on this:-
I hate medicines and invasive procedure.
I got Reiki. So I feel like I am my own experiment!! Who better to speak for than me from my own experience??

So Anybody has personal experience treating Diabetic patients and can give me Info - will be Awesome!!
My Angels from the Forum have helped me out with material and I, Thank You All!

My Friend asked me if Reiki Helped me in any way..?
YES!!!! It did fix my attitude! I do self treat, only weekly.
I still practice Reiki, Passion for Reiki is very much still On!

Now , What if I can cancel the Ablation and fix it with Reiki???
Hmmm... Just thinking aloud!

At the very least, before you decide whether to use only Reiki or not, start self-treating every single day, . One time, i treat myself 3 times a day, totaling 3 hours, for 6 weeks. that was cool.

The complementary therapists in us must caution against excluding western medicine. With diabetes especially, please keep your doctor informed. As you know, you'll have to have close family keep an extra eye on your blodd suger levels, and your awareness, .

Reiki doesn't just heal people, it heals situations. It may be that your healing will be mediated through the skill and care of the doctors, which has been put in your way through Reiki. If that is the case, then Reiki is already healing you.

First thing that comes to mind is: follow your doctor's instructions exactly. I imagine by "medication" you mean insulin. Insulin is naturally produced by our body. It's basically the same thing as a blood transfusion. Are you opposed to that?

The plus side here is that you can monitor your blood sugar levels at any time, so you can really see the effect.

Focus on the pancreas and perhaps Reiki will be able to assist it in producing insulin more effectively. Again, just make sure to monitor your levels often.

I would also focus on the digestive system so that it can more effectively digest the foods you eat.

Stress increases blood sugar levels, and we all know what Reiki can do for stres...

If you're interested in Chakras, focus on the sacral Chakra (not just with Reiki, but Chakra meditation and such).

Outside of Reiki, as a specialist for advice on eating properly as a diabetic.

Take up yoga or meditation for stress.

I'm into self -healing using Reiki is one of many tools.

I am going to aim for 3 times a week but want to do a 21 day self treatment...

By the time I get around to even my belly, I just drift off.. Need to pick a time when i am more awake!

Yes, Yes!!
After the Reiki Treatments, I felt, I could handle the diabetes-cooties!
I'll be more thrilled if I can eventually get off meds... or even bring down the doseage..

There are worse things in the world, The big 'D' is still workable!

I don't need Insulin. That's for type 1. I may or may not need it in the long run, hoping that won't happen,

like I mentioned before, I need to do it when I am more awake, or I just get knocked out!

I think it's more the Solar-plexus than sacral...? but i have also been using Chakra balancing routines.

I have taken up eating nutritious cardboard and bark and chewy materials!
Actually, it's the best kind of diet for a healthy living.

Take up yoga or meditation for stress.

Yoga is tough, I do Sudharshan Kriya - the best for stress relief there ever is!

How diseases start in the Aura or other layers and then shows up in the body?? I am thinking about my Diabetic-cooties... when it started or why etc,.

So, I start the healing from those layers so it can remove itself from the body??

There are several type of Diabetes. The most common are types 1 & 2 Because of these differences, I would recommend treating chakras 1-3. Though, I would also suggest trying to discover what chakras are over or under stimulated. If any of the other chakras are out of balance, they could effect any of the lower ones – they are all part of the same system and anything that happens to one will throw the entire system out of whack. Treat the cause – not just the symptom. Treat the whole – not as pieces.


the head area, heart, liver, pancreas, stomach, intestines, kidneys, and bladder. Used the ‘half body’ treatment method and treating areas on the spine from top to bottom.

Lastly, look for energetic imbalances throughout the subtle body. You may find energetic disturbance in places that you would not commonly associate with the stated condition.
