Thanks for the update Irene. i'm feeling pretty tired last two days for some reason. Unless some a-hole has put a spell on me to drain my energy, hehe, or something. If i have energy later, i'll do more Reiki for you. Now, i'm away back to bed, for an hour. So i can get up in time for the steel factory. (Irene knwos wot i mean).

The news media has a way of milking
an issue that people buy into. They
keep it in the fore front to keep
you engaged to stay tuned. In the
mean time you get swamped with
commercials to buy the products that
support the media. Here in the US the
    TV commercials interrupt the shows
about every 10/15 minutes. I remember
in the UK the commercials were at the
end of the shows. If I were to guess
the bulk of the commercials are selling
    cars and medicines from A-Z

Wonder what they did with all the access
flu shots they didn't use confused
The ones they didn't have enough of for
everyone, so they were selecting certain
    folks to be vaccinated. Arrow

yeah, over here we still get the adds at the end of the shows, and during the breaks also, so it can be every 15 mins. BBC still has no breask but we have to pay for a TV license to compensate.

Even the doctors here got in on the hysteria. They were handing out tamiflu like candy. My friend was diagnosed with swine flu over the phone. Had the flu symptoms, diarrhea, but was ok 36 hours later! He could go about his business. Course, when i explained a cold is usually took for the flu as the real flu will put anyone ot bed for days, and that with swine flu it's serious cause we got no immunity (like ordinary flu), so the doctor wrongly diagnosed you, of course i was told i was talking crap! Heck the 'checlist' for swine flu is the same for at least 15 other things! Laughing

The old basic standby is as
    close to natural healing as
you can get. Plenty of rest
    lots of fluid and sometimes
the DR throws in some asprin
    to amuse the patients while
    the body heals itself jocolor
