    I'm a hands on kinda guy after all that's what brought me to Reiki I guess, but has anyone had any experience with Tuning Forks? What are your thoughts? Is it a fad, a con or is there some real merit?

    I know some folks who use tuning forks
    but not with Reiki. They are a separate
    sound therapy technique that helps break
    up toxics in the body. I prefer toning,
    that is the use of our natural vocal tones. bounce

    I've never seen or heard them actually, but of course have come across them when surfing the net. I was just interested to see what real people have to say about them.

    They can be used to balance the chakras amongst other things. Check out Jonathan Goldman he's had some tuning forks custom made to the 9 solfeggio frequencies...
