Just thought I'd share with my Reiki friends here, that I am engaged to be married, and the event will take place on 10/11/12.
Everything about my fiance and my connection is uncanny and serendipitous.
We both are Pisces, 10 days apart (I was born 1971, her 1972).
My dad, February 22, 1948, her dad March 2, 1938.
My mom, October 3, 1948, her mom October 4, 1938.
Our ring sizes are both 7.5.
We both love sci/fi and fantasy (she plays DnD with me). Our paternal ancestry both hales from Hungary.
I'm a writer, she's a poet.
We both prefer cats over dogs.
While we have known each other or of each other in past lives, we never got together or had much more than a brief or ambiguous association. In the afterlife we both agreed we'd love to get together but had to wait for the right time. We didn't just wait for over 40 years for eachother. We waited lifetimes for eachother.
This was mirrored in this lifetime. I joined a singles club in February 2011 called Events and Adventures. We met, talked some, even played on the same team in Cribbage. But never really clicked. It wasn't until (we narrowed it down to the same week) that I basically verbally gave up trying to find my life companion to my mother on the phone, and she told her best friend she was finally ready to try again. At the end of that week, we really hit it off big time.
We are both like giddy school kids!
