I'll second that! Bridget is a perfect embodiment of what faith in your self, a healthy diet, a will to change(and sticking to it!) and energy work is capable of achieving..agreed...highly inspirational stuff

I've just moved house, to our permanent one, hehe, so have been away for a few days. Bridget seems to be the only nomination, so i'll check with Admin/Mod, but it seems pretty clear this month! Hehe.
