to be hoenst Bruce, i neve rliked wine myself, i know it does change the taste somewhat.Hazy memeory here, some seemd to like itmore, i mignt be wrong. some definitely didn't like it more.

Begs the questiion, we why woudl running the energy into it ruin the taste? I got no answer for that, you've much more expereince in energy things, any idea?

Edit: Yeah, richard does say most folks he talked to did say it tasted better. Although, one day he took it to a wine expert, and done it. she said he'd ruined it, taking away it's complexity, and after-taste.

As you noted in a later post, the energy took away the aftertaste of the wine. Richard Gordon also wrote that the energy took away the aftertaste of grapefruit juice, and the carbonation of soft drinks.

Now, as to why (how) it would do those things? I don't know.
