In no particular order, my top ten books for the moment...

    study

Energy Medicine (The Scientific Basis), James L Oschmann
Classic text - nearly 10 years old! Best attempt yet to put energy medicine in a scientific context...

The Reiki Sourcebook, Bronwen and Frans Stiene
Comprehensive guide to Reiki, with much to say about origins and Western/Japanese techniques

Spirit Release - A Practical Handbook, Sue Allen
Personally, I like Sue's approach to this area - primarily compassionate.

    Energy Work, Robert Bruce
Excellent text for Yang style energy work

The Hayashi Reiki Manual, Frank Arjava Petter, Tadao Yamaguchi, Chujiro Hayashi
    Branch

The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr Mikao Usui, Mikao Usui, Frank Arjava Petter
    Root

    Wheels of Life, Anodea Judith
    Comprehensive chakra guide

Hands of Light, Barbara Ann Brennan
    Fascinating read, and inspiring too.

    Esoteric Anatomy, Bruce Burger
Polarity therapy/soatic psychology - in an oriental/ayurvedic context

Anatomy and Physiology, Ross and Wilson
No really - you should learn this stuff...

OMG, it's true! We can use HSZSN to travel back in time! They just went and wrote a book with Hayashi sensei. What a Face

Yeah, she's a great read and a chakra maestro. I've heard that book is good, but not read it yet.

Don't have that one, but do have the Chakra Balancing Workbook which is v good - but I prefer Qigong to Yoga and we can't do everything...
