Since my reiki 1 attunement quite a few years ago I have had some energy problems such as energy swirling around in my legs at odd times..a lot of energy

I recently won a gift certificate for an hour of acupressure. So I went in and had a great time being flipped around the mat for an hour. I would definitely do that again.

She told me she fixed my whole body..lol

Now my energy problems are all gone. So I am thinking that maybe I should go maybe twice a year for a practitioner tune up...lol

In acupressure they somehow clear your energy meridians...In an hour she went over my whole body..I was just calling it a practitioner tune up...it worked

The gift certificate was actually for the student mat clinic in quincy...its not expensive..they dont get paid and you cant tip them...its the culmination of their years training so they can move on to being professional

I can post the info if you want

Most massage therapist schools offer free
sessions so their students get to practice
on many different muscular issues. There is
a massage therapy school in Watertown use to
be on Rindge Ave Cambridge. You can call them
and make an appointmet for free sessions. cheers

    I have had acupressure/acupuncture. IMO
they are similar in the way they move
energy through the body. The acupressure
I had was similar to acupuncture except no
    needles used. Sleep
