Do you Reiki your food? I do, and throughout the cooking process, too!
Here's the Healthy Reiki Lunch I enjoyed today:
Stir-fried Salmon with rice, broccoli, green onions, garlic, celery, green garlic, lemongrass, a mixture of herbs (1 tsp cilantro, 2tsp oregano, 1tsp of something unlabeled but red and tasted hot), and carrots.
The rice was prepared in a rice cooker (both are not pictured here). Once the timer on the rice cooker went off, I heated the wok and put the base ingredients to cook.
I added a touch of water, followed by the salmon.
Next, I put everything else into the pot, adding more water to help blend the flavors throughout the dish. Although it looks like a lot of water, it evaporates fast during the stiring process. Just a few strokes followed by the time it takes to get a plate and fork on the table and the excess water is gone.
The final product without the rice is pictured below.
Mmmmmmm DeliCious!!!
