    Not sure if this happens to anyone else?

    my hands really shake, to the point sometimes it is painful, during a treatment.

    Just after the first attunement I shook continually, although nothing happened on the second one.

    would be interested to see if this happens to anyone else.

    When I first began practicing Reiki
    I wrote this piece for my brochure. sunny

    Let’s think about our hands and the many different ways they help us get through our day. They express how we feel, when we are happy or sad. Think about when you got up this morning how did your hands help?

    - Getting Dressed

    - Reading the newspaper

    - Eating Breakfast

    - Saying Hi to neighbors

    - Talking on the phone

    - Opening doors

    - Hands can give hugs

    - Comfort a friend

    - Wipe away tears

    - Write shopping lists

    - Play musical instruments

    - Do math

    - Sign language

    - Grip, hold, scratch

    - Make a fist when angry

    - Clap for joy
