    Hi everyone,
I've been reiki 2 now for just over 1 year & still find it absolutely amazing and love the positive responses from the people who recieve reiki from me. I do however at time feel less confident. I do agree with everyones comment about keep practicing as thats what helps with my confidence and worrying about my reiki coming through.
    Thanks Smile

    Hi Poppy!

    Welcome to the Lounge! cheers

Yes, keep up your daily self-treatments and try reciting the Gokai (Five Reiki Precepts) each day also as they can also help remind you about staying in the moment and not to worry! Smile

Hi all, new here & reiki 2 85412 Poppy.

    Love your butterfly avatar.
    Here's one of many butterfly
    symbolic meanings....

We are all small and appear to be the same (like the caterpillar), but as we grow older our true beauty shows (like the butterfly). Like a butterfly, we are all different, and beautiful in our own way. In the Christian religion, the metamorphosis a butterfly undergoes is symbolic of the spiritual evolution all Christians go through. Butterflies represent rebirth and a new beginning. For Christians, it is considered a soulful symbol. In ancient mythology, the butterfly stands for wisdom and everlasting knowledge.

Reiki (like a butterfly) can be seen
IMO as a tool to help us change our
    lifestyle/thinking for the better.
