Reiki symbols tattooed

Hi i was thinking of having the Reiki symbols tattooed on the inside of my wrist. Only small one's lol. Would this be ok because i know the symbols are supposed to be sacred. Kind regards Julie.

sure, you're entitled to do it if you wish. the symbols are wideely known anyhow. i got the traditional Kanji for Reiki tattoed on th eoutside of my right wrist, to cover up older ones.

Thanks Milarepa for your reply. I am going to get myself booked in to get them done now. It will be great to get the distance one done especially as i have not memorized it yet lol. Although i now i can just visualize it when wanting to use it. It would be nice to be able to draw it too. Kind regards Julie.

Ha ha yes i thought it was a good idea too lol. It took me awhile to remember how to say the SHK and HSZSN but alas it is rolling of my tongue when i say it now. It is about taking baby steps learning Reiki or any other modality. Of which i do find difficult at times. As i want to run before i can walk :-D

Julie, learning anything new takes
practice. Writing in a different
language does have its challenges.
Lots of visuals help us learn as well
as practice, practice, practice.
Tatoo's are certainly visual

I've been thinking about doing the same thing, for some time now.... u can actually find tattooists who are reiki practioners..... having a reiki symbol tattooed by someone initiated into the symbols can add extra power to the tattoo!
