vibrations triggering reiki?

Hey all. just had a cool little experience at venice beach, here in CA. I was walking along from santa monica to venice and, I saw a guy using large gongs to heal. he had a reclining chair that the recipient would lay in with gongs all around, and he would hit the gongs in some kind of sequence. very cool. what was interesting, though, was that It made my reiki flow. I mean, as soon as I got within a few yards of this guy and his client, I felt the field of energy he was creating, it was like hitting a wall, and reiki just starting pouring out of my hands. pretty effin' cool if you ask me. anyone else have anything like that happen? Now I'm curious about the link between reiki and sound/vibration..
