Reiki and Qigong

Just wondering if anyone practices both ? and how you combine the two....

I have some experience of Spring Forest Qigong and would like to try Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong (CFQ)....

SFQ practitioners tend to suggest Reiki can interfere with SFQ, and suggest leaving some time between the two practices. Others say they complement each other....

Interesting to know your opinions.....

Hi Jazz, I don't have experience with QiGong but I have been interested in combining the practices as well. However I've only heard that QiGong can help with your Reiki practice. Can you explain to me or give me a link as to why the SFQ practitioners think it could interfere?

It seems to be not to combine it at the same time and leave some gap between the practices. My post on the following forum + others are below.....
